Emergys Incubator Resulting from a 1999 law on innovation and research, incubators aim to ease the creation of innovative businesses stemming from or linked to higher education or research. The project initiators must either work for or be in close relationship with public research (collaborating with a laboratory). The incubator offers support both from a research facility and a technology center in order to identify and raise funds for appropriate external resources.
