Save the date: Marine Renewable Energy Event at Green Cornwall Show, June 27th

Cornwall Marine Network, with the support from Technopôle Brest-Iroise, is hosting 2 x workshops dedicated to supporting Cornish businesses wishing to engage in or increase activity in the MRE supply chain, on the afternoon of Thurs June 27^th (2-4.30pm) during Green Cornwall Show at Heartlands, Pool.

Prominent guest speakers operating in and supporting the industry regionally and nationally will provide a valuable chance to:

• Learn more about emerging opportunities in the sector
• Gain insider knowledge of how to enter and increase activity in the market
• Understand potential hurdles and how to overcome them
• Speak with policy-makers dedicated to developing the supply chain
• Receive the latest industry reports
• Network with like-minded businesses

This event is being organised as part of the EU MERiFIC (ERDF Interreg-funded) project dedicated to supporting the development of the MRE industry in the peripheral regions of Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly and Finistère in Brittany. Partners will be attending from both the South West and Brittany, and it will present a chance to learn more about emerging MRE opportunities both sides of the Channel.
